The Maxi-Cosi Andi combines 360° FlexiSpin rotation with three modes: rear-facing, forward-facing with a harness, and high-back booster use. Rotate the seat towards the door to place or remove your child, then return it to an approved travelling position.

Installation checks you can follow.
TensionFix and the belt lock-off help achieve the required belt tension during installation. There is also a top-tether indicator. These guides supplement the manual’s checks; they do not mean that every installation is automatically correct. The sideways position is only for placing or removing your child. Before travelling, lock the seat in a permitted direction.
Make harnessing easier.
Magnetic harness holders keep the straps out of the way while you place your child in the seat. The ClipQuick chest clip helps with fastening. The ten-position headrest adjusts the harness without rethreading, while five recline positions let you choose a setting permitted by the manual.

The Canadian manual prints 19 kg beside 40 lb as the booster minimum, although these are not equivalent. Confirm the applicable threshold with Maxi-Cosi before changing to booster mode. Keep rear-facing until its height or weight limit is reached, then retain the forward-facing harness until its limit is reached. All fit requirements must also be met.
Everyday comfort and care
EcoCare fabrics made with 100% recycled fibres and removable cushions simplify cleaning. They are machine washable and dryer safe according to the care label. Two swivelling, dishwasher-safe cup holders keep drinks close while adapting to available space.

The Canadian manual requires the top tether in both harness modes. UAS installation is limited to 11 kg (25 lb) rear-facing and 14 kg (30 lb) forward-facing; above these limits, use the vehicle belt as directed. Do not combine UAS and the vehicle belt to secure the base.
Frequently asked questions
Can my child travel facing the door?
No. The sideways position is only for placing or removing your child. For travel, the seat must be locked in a direction permitted by the manual.
What is the minimum forward-facing height?
The Canadian manual specifies 74 cm (29 in), a weight of 10–30 kg and a maximum height of 125 cm. Your child must also have reached the rear-facing mode limit before transitioning.
Why does the booster minimum need confirmation?
The Canadian manual prints 19 kg alongside 40 lb, which are not equivalent. Ask Maxi-Cosi to confirm the applicable minimum before using booster mode.
Will the seat rotate in every car?
Rotation is a seat feature, but available space and installation requirements depend on the vehicle. Check both manuals and clearance around the seat.
