Frequently asked questions
Is the mat machine washable?
Yes. Follow its care label and disassembly instructions; this does not mean the electronic components can be washed.
Are batteries included?
The Canadian sheet says they are not, while the international site says they are included. Their presence still needs confirmation on the Canadian box; the specified type is three 1.5 V AG13/LR44 batteries.
Is the soft book supplied?
No. The supplier notes that it appears in a video but is not sold with this version.
