The Maxi-Cosi RodiSport in Authentic Black supports children who are ready to move from a harnessed seat to the vehicle seat belt. A removable backrest provides two configurations, while the adjustable headrest and belt guides help achieve the right fit.

A backrest that adjusts as they grow.
With the backrest attached, the headrest offers seven positions to follow growth. Guides help place the shoulder belt across the centre of the shoulder. Once backless use suits both your child and vehicle under the manual’s requirements, remove the backrest for a more compact configuration.
Rigid anchors and correct belt positioning.
Rigid UAS connectors keep the booster in position, including when it is empty. They never replace the lap-and-shoulder belt that restrains your child. The manual also allows use without UAS when the required conditions are met. A lap-only belt is not suitable.
Limits and fit
Both modes are for children weighing 18–45 kg (40–100 lb) and measuring 110–145 cm (43–57 in). Your child must have outgrown the forward-facing harnessed seat and be able to maintain correct positioning. Check that the lap belt sits low on the hips, the shoulder belt crosses the centre of the shoulder, and head support meets the requirements for the chosen mode.
The backrest angle adjustment is only for fitting it flush against the vehicle seat back; it is not a rest position. Consult both manuals to select a compatible seating position.

The removable cup holder fits either side and is top-rack dishwasher safe. EcoCare fabrics made with 100% recycled fibres are machine washable according to their label. The seat’s size makes it practical to move between vehicles, with installation checks repeated each time.

Frequently asked questions
Does RodiSport have a harness?
No. In either high-back or backless mode, your child is restrained by the vehicle’s lap-and-shoulder belt.
What height range is it for?
The Canadian manual specifies 110–145 cm and 18–45 kg for both modes. Your child must also be ready to leave the harness and meet all fit requirements.
Are UAS anchors required?
The manual allows use with or without the rigid connectors, depending on the vehicle. The lap-and-shoulder belt is always required to restrain your child.
Can I recline the backrest for sleeping?
The angle adjustment is only for fitting the booster backrest against the vehicle seat back. It is not a rest position.
How many cup holders are included?
One removable cup holder. It fits either side and is top-rack dishwasher safe.
