Conversion Kit for Adams Cribs
Converts the crib into a double bed (54")
Just buy a box spring and you're done!
**To be sure you are buying the right conversion kit, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance!
Instructions :
1. Unfold the riveted head and foot supports to form a 90° angle with the long sides.
2. Secure the leg brackets to the base using 1/4" x 1/2" bolts. Next, insert the casters or slides into the leg supports. Note that you cannot install the leg support with the plastic sliders.
3. Assemble the two parts of the head support, and the two parts of the foot support according to the box spring format, using the nut and bolt assembly system. Use 5/16" x ¾" bolts.
4. Attach the head center support to the foot (if included) with 5/16" X ¾" carriage bolts, washers and nuts to secure them, do not tighten.
5. Install the box spring on the bed frame. Make a final width adjustment and tighten the nuts.
6. Install headboard and footboard using 1/4" x 2 1/2" bolts to secure to base.
