A stationary seat or gentle rocking
Amherst offers two modes for awake time: a stationary position or rocking guided by hand. Three backrest settings allow adjustment as directed in the manual. Set the seat on an appropriate surface and always use the harness; the toy bar is for play and is not a carrying handle.
Removable fabrics for easier care
The seat pad and plush insert come off for machine washing; follow their care labels. The toy bar can also be removed for easier access to your baby. If your baby falls asleep, move them to a crib, cradle or bassinet designed for sleep, with a firm, flat surface.
